Q: What can I expect during the first exam?

A: Discussions about your dental history and medications, a full examination including X-rays, if necessary, treatment options.


Q: Does the practice take my dental insurance?

A: Dr Weibman participates with some PPO plans. Please call the office so that we can answer your questions about the coverage and benefits of your particular plan.  We will file your insurance claims for you and will do our best to see that you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled.


Q: Will the staff review the cost of procedures before treatment is done?

A: Dr. Weibman and his staff will go over the costs with you of the treatment options best suited for your situation. Before you agree to any procedures, you will know their costs.


Q: If required, what forms of payment do you take?  

A: For co-payments and uninsured services, payment is expected at the time of service. We accept payment by check, Visa, Master-card, and American Express.


Q: Do I need previous dental records?

A: The more information we have from a previous dentist the better, but it is not imperative. Any recent x-rays taken are extremely helpful. Have your previous office email your x-rays to rw@weibmandentistry.com.  


Q: Does Dr. Weibman keep up with new advancements in science?

A: Absolutely. Dentistry is a rapidly evolving field, and new treatment options, materials, equipment and techniques become available that may offer better or longer lasting results.  Dr. Weibman stays up to date on his continuing education, frequently attending seminars and courses to learn of the latest treatments.  


Q: Can I wear my headphones during my treatment?

A: Of course!
